Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to the ShelfSnap Dukaan subscription, billed via Razorpay (India) and Stripe (international).
Cancellation
You can cancel your Dukaan subscription at any time from your dashboard or by emailing billing@shelfsnap.aiskillhub.info. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Dukaan features until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
Because Dukaan is a monthly digital subscription, fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you were charged in error or experienced a service failure, contact us within 7 days and we will review a pro-rata refund.
Free plan
The Free plan is always ₹0 and requires no payment.
