ShelfSnap is built with India's DPDP Act and GDPR principles in mind. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

Account details (email, shop name), the product photos you upload, and the AI-generated metadata for those photos. We log basic usage analytics.

How photos are processed

Product images are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) solely to generate tags, captions and listings. Images are stored on our servers so you can manage your catalog.

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with infrastructure and AI processors needed to run the service.

Your rights

You can export or delete your products at any time, and request full account deletion by emailing privacy@shelfsnap.aiskillhub.info.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. Deleted products are removed from our primary store promptly.
